How do downloads work?
After successful payment, your digital files are available instantly via a secure download link and confirmation email. You may re-download while the delivery link remains active according to our delivery terms.
How does payment work?
Checkout is processed through secure payment providers. Once payment is confirmed, delivery is unlocked automatically. We never store full card details on our servers.
What is a Personal License?
A Personal License allows you to use the files for your own non-commercial projects, home use, gifting in physical handmade form where specified, and personal printing. Redistributing the original digital files is not permitted.
What is a Commercial License?
A Commercial License allows use in client work or business settings as stated on the product page (for example branding templates or prompt packs). It does not allow reselling, sharing, or redistributing the original source files as competing digital products.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital products are delivered immediately, refunds are limited. Please review our Refund Policy. If a file is defective or you were charged incorrectly, contact support and we will help.
Do you ship anything physical?
No. We sell digital downloadable products only. No physical products are shipped.
Who owns the copyright?
Copyright belongs to Zahrak Digital Shop (and its owner, Faraz Ahmed Khokhar, as applicable). Purchase grants a license, not ownership of the intellectual property.
