Nature of Digital Goods
Because products are delivered immediately as digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the file has been made available.
When Refunds May Be Considered
We may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion if:
- A file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot provide a working replacement
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error
- You did not receive download access within a reasonable time after payment confirmation due to a verified system issue
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are typically not available for change of mind, incorrect product selection, insufficient device/software requirements, or after files have been successfully downloaded.
